After 15 years of designing and renovating homes for clients across Atlanta, we began applying our skills and resources toward renovating investment properties for sale.  We knew staging these homes would be an important tool to complete our vision as we prepared them for sale. But we noticed that very few stagers had actual design experience and far fewer (if any) had ever been invested in design for sale (flipping). Clover Leaf Interiors was born out of this need in the Atlanta market: staging design by real designers who also had experience renovating and flipping.

We take a holistic approach when designing properties for sale: we consult and advise on everything from colors to lighting fixtures and even structural modifications that can be made to the home, pulling from our vast renovation experience, in advance of the decorating process.  Not every client will need all these services - but we are unique in offering them. Many times we work in conjunction with savvy real estate professionals who make great partners.
